Information collected

Even without logging in: Your "Climbing today?" status, gym, and Prefecture Score are counted toward totals and rankings using an anonymous device ID (no name or email).

When logged in: Email address, logs (visited gyms, Prefecture Score, home gym).

When not logged in: Logs are saved only on this device (browser) and not sent to BOLTA.

Content you send via "Fix / add info" or the "1-min survey" (linked to your account if you're signed in).

Usage analytics: We log opened screens, button taps (home gym, logs, etc.), and viewed gyms alongside a device ID. Names, emails, locations, and search terms are not included. This data is used solely to improve our service by understanding screen usage.

Gym photos (uploaded by logged-in users): Photo, gym name, and subject. Photos are visible to everyone. Location metadata is removed on your device before uploading. You can delete your own photos.

How to use

We use it only to sync your log across devices, to reflect the info you send in the gym's details, and to compile anonymized stats to improve the service.

We won't share it with third parties for advertising.

Placement

Data is stored on Supabase (Tokyo region). Pages are served via Cloudflare. Photos are stored on Supabase and publicly viewable.

When deleting

You can log out from My Page. To delete your account and all logs, please submit a request via "Delete account and logs" in Contact Us.
